How to make a seat for cheap with no sewing involved. Get a piece of wood, cut it. put some foam on it, duct tape it. then staple gun some a cover on it, and finally wrap the folds in electrical tape. Done.
Good thing about spray paint, is that if you have to do some modification after it’s painted, no problem, just paint over it again.
I wanted a rear fender bracket. I didn’t have one. I welded one on. I don’t care about the blob weld, a tail light is going over it, so you won’t see it, who cares anyway. This bike will get dirty and scratched the day I start riding it. and it will look better that way.
Almost Done.

awesome seat. I want to make my own because I don’t feel like paying over 60 bucks for a longseat. What material is the cover and how’s you fit it onto the bike?
