Puch Magnum Moped

New noises definiatily coming from the clutch. There is a clutch beast that lives in the engine that scratched up the clutch bell. How do you get scratches like that on the outside of the clutch bell?

I was trying out one of those three shoe clutches from 50cc. I guess people have some problems with them. I couldn’t get it tunned right. It was slipping too much, I think that’s why it made the blue overheating marks on the clutch bell.

New old clutch bell installed with all the fixings, Old warped two shoe clutch. Much better. I’ll deal with the three shoe later.
